They have an online store but after I understood that they did free delivery, they told me they did not do delivery at all. Do not order from them if you expect delivery, unless you arrange your own collection and delivery. After I complained, they agreed they would deliver but it was still a confusion. I appreciate them agreeing to arrange delivery for me after I asked to just cancel the order. However when my HDD arrived, I received some knock off instead of the Sandisk I ordered.

Achu and Sons computer company is the last place you’d want to buy any electronic. I drove all the way from Pretoria to their shop in Joburg just to be told that the qoute they gave me was incorrect and I asked multiple times about the price before I went to them then they quoted me R5000 more than original qoute. Given I didn’t want my travel and petrol money to be wasted I tried negotiating but they were rude and all they said is sorry for the wrong qoute. One of the laptops I wanted to buy also had scratches while they said brand new. Liars they just put second hand laptops in boxes and say new. Never trust them, selfish, rude, arrogant, naive, time wasters.
Good amount of stock available. Service was prompt. Our salesperson, Melody had such impressive product knowledge and etiquette. She was polite, cool, calm and collected while she served us, although we were not the only customer she had at the time.
I bought a desktop via the advert on Gumtree .Communication and service was good until the product arrived.It was advertised as 4 gig ram but only had 2 x 1 gig fitted.I sent messages and called with no response!A rip off! I will not recommended or do business....very very shaky!I put the pc on.....it's a mess...totally slow and all advertised info is false! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY THING! THEY ARE A CON !
